'Sikandar' Trailer Drops: Salman Khan's Epic Blend of Action, Romance, and Drama Hits the Screen!
Mumbai (Maharashtra), India - On March 23rd, the highly anticipated trailer for 'Sikandar,' starring Salman Khan and Rashmika Mandanna, was released.
The trailer features Salman Khan showcasing his action skills. It offers a comprehensive mix of romance, thrilling stunts, powerful dialogue delivery, and energetic dance sequences.

The three-minute trailer showcases Salman embodying his signature over-the-top persona. Introduced as 'Rajkot ka Raja,' he is depicted by Rashmika’s character as someone who frequently confronts others and then goes back home. She mentions that he has received various titles such as Sikandar, Raja Sahab, or Sanjay Sahab. Salman delivers a gritty yet potent performance as Sikandar. Tasked with handling a particular mission, he ends up in Mumbai battling thugs. In dynamic scenes, Salman excels at action, whereas Rashmika brings an appealing touch during the romantic parts.
During an interview with ANI, director AR Murugadoss recently disclosed the cause of the trailer's postponement.
"We're currently handling this project. The computer-generated imagery is underway. The musical elements are also progressing. To add, we've recently completed filming. Therefore, every department is diligently focused on their tasks. We're managing everything. Our aim is to present nothing less than excellence," he mentioned.
A few weeks ago, Salman released an enticing preview for his adrenaline-pumping movie. This 1 minute and 21 second trailer unveiled Salman’s role as Sanjay, fondly known as Sikandar to his grandma. In the clip, Salman appeared in a robust persona, brimming with intense action scenes and catchy, value-for-money lines. Notable quotes include “Stay in trouble, stay ahead” and “I’m here not just for justice but to settle scores.” These were uttered with his signature style and charisma.
The film's team has officially wrapped up the shooting for Sikandar. The final schedule took place in Mumbai, with Salman, Rashmika, director A.R. Murugadoss, and producer Sajid Nadiadwala in attendance. The movie was shot over 90 days across multiple locations, including Mumbai and Hyderabad.
The movie is helmed by A.R. Murugadoss, known for his hit Tamil and Hindi films such as Ghajini and Thuppakki. It is produced by Sajid Nadiadwala, bringing together Salman Khan again after their successful collaboration on the 2014 blockbuster Kick.
The launch of Sikandar on March 30, 2025, coincides with significant celebrations such as Gudi Padwa and Ugadi, which signify the start of a fresh year in both Maharashtra and South Indian cultures.
Supported by the forward-thinking producer Sajid Nadiadwala and helmed by director A.R. Murugadoss, this movie is scheduled for release on March 30, 2025. (ANI)
